About the role:
Our next HR Associate will be a part of our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center in Mexico. This is an exciting team to be a part of as you get to work with many aspects of HR and support many people throughout the organization. We’re looking for a candidate who has HR experience, working with Mexico, US and other countries inquiries, but is looking to learn, grow and would like a long-term career in HR.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, a professional demeanor, the ability to think outside the box, and strong Excel skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Respond to questions on basic HR practices, process and policies, available for Mexico, USA, and other countries, via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center (e.g., e-mail, phone, chat, and case management
