**Software Developer Jr. (Technical Solution Analyst)**
**Requirements**:
- Experience between **1 and 2 years** in scripting and troubleshooting skill Sets/Technologies are **JavaScript, HTML, and SQL (CCL).**:
- **English Conversational in advanced level (C1 - C2), reading and writhing,** you will communicate effectively verbally and in writing to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in perform **troubleshooting investigations via backend methods** by capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and updating/cycling servers.
- You will also **document notes**, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation.
- You will **prioritize work-based on severity and urgency balancing client and business needs**. You will also collaborate among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.
- Valuable experience in **Healthcare**
