**SendPulse**is looking for an **partnership specialist** in **Guadalajara.**
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in tech or digital marketing environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple partners and tasks simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with a strong ability to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and partner management.
- Experience working with marketing agencies is a plus.
- **Fluent English.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the point of contact for agencies and partners, ensuring proactive and personalized support.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new strategic partners to promote SendPulse’s services and solutions.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new partners, providing support during onboarding and necessary training.
- Monitor and manage partner performance, setting goals and strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and implement partner campaigns.
- Provide insights and periodic reports on partner performance, highlighting improvement and expansion opportunities.
