**SendPulse**is looking for an **onboarding specialist** in **Guadalajara.**
**Requirements**:
- Experience in customer service, onboarding, or technical support, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical features clearly and accessibly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- **Fluent English.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct onboarding meetings and detailed platform demonstrations for new customers who have purchased plans within a specific classification.
- Guide customers through the three main stages of the onboarding process, including the initial demo, upsell/cross-sell strategies, and subsequent demos.
- Support customers throughout the first three months to ensure successful implementation and continuous use of the platform.
- Identify improvement opportunities and suggest corrective actions to optimize the customer experience, encouraging plan renewals.
- Collaborate with other Customer Success team members to maximize retention and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize internal tools to document customer progress and interactions, keeping data updated and organized.
