The Opportunity
Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the Logistics Clerk will play a key role in supporting the efficient and compliant flow of frozen products across the supply chain by ensuring strong coordination between internal teams and external partners. You'll contribute to inventory reliability, on-time distribution, and cold-chain integrity while helping improve visibility, accuracy,
and overall logistics performance.

What You'll Do
Coordinate and schedule the transfer of frozen fruit products between packing facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock is available for transfer and distribution.
Communicate with logistics providers to arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of all transfers, including quantities, destinations, and transportation details.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and cold-chain requirements.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product integrity during transfers.
Address and resolve issues or discrepancies related to transfers promptly.
Prepare and submit regular reports on transfer activities and performance metrics.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance transfer e
