MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or
media.
* 3 years of experience in people management.
* Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently in order to
communicate with stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Proven experience building trusted C-level relationships.
* Deep industry knowledge in the Finance, Tech and Telco verticals.
* Industry knowledge in Mexico.

The Finance, Tech, and Telco verticals are the primary growth drivers for Google
LCS Mexico. The incoming leader will be tasked with continuing the
transformation of this ecosystem. In this role, you will partner with
traditional banks and FinTechs to accelerate the consumer shift from cash to
digital payments, ultimately expanding access to broader financial services.
Within Tech and Telco, the leader's primary objective will be to drive customer
acquisition strategies, helping partners attract new users across mobile, home
internet, and streaming platforms.
