At Kellanova, we’re looking for a Training Coordinator to support learning and development activities at our Pringles plant in Querétaro, Mexico. In this role, you will help employees build the skills they need to perform their jobs safely and effectively while ensuring the company meets all training requirements and regulations.

You will work closely with plant leaders, employees, trainers, and external providers to coordinate training programs, manage training records, and support internal communication activities. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

Managing Training Programs — Coordinate training sessions for plant employees and support the execution of the annual training plan.
Supporting Compliance Activities — Maintain training records and ensure all required documentation is available for STPS requirements, SIRCE reporting, and internal or external audits.




Tracking Employee Skills — Keep training matrices and skill records updated to identify development needs and training gaps.
Coordinating Training Logistics — Schedule training sessions, work with external training providers, and follow up on training completion and effectiveness.
Promoting Employee Engagement — Support onboarding, internal communication, and employee recognition activities across the plant.

We’re Looking for Someone With

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in training, learning & development, HR, or organizational development within a manufacturing or plant environment.
Knowledge of STPS training requirements and training documentation processes is a must.
Experience using SIRCE to manage training records and compliance activities.
Experience coordinating training plans, training providers, and employee development programs.
