Accountabilities:
As a Senior Product Designer (UX), you will lead the creation of meaningful, scalable user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex product challenges. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating scientific workflows into intuitive solutions, and ensuring design quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Own and drive user experience initiatives across key product areas, from early discovery and concept development through delivery and continuous improvement.
Translate complex workflows, data structures, and technical requirements into clear, accessible, and scalable user experiences.
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interactive designs to communicate solutions effectively.
Apply AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, exploration, and iteration processes.
