What You'll Do
• Partner with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure software solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Design, execute, and maintain functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify risks early, validate requirements, and promote quality-first practices within Agile development teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality metrics and recommending process enhancements.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, release readiness activities, and solution planning to deliver reliable software.
• Contribute to test automation, technical innovation, and continuous learning to improve product quality and delivery.
