What You'll Do
• Monitor and manage collaboration and VoIP support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
• Provide first-level technical support for voice and collaboration platforms while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
• Support Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes (MACD) activities for branch locations and verify VoIP connectivity.
• Assist with Microsoft Teams Rooms readiness, collaboration hardware requests, and procurement activities.
• Generate call reports and help identify opportunities to improve collaboration services and user experience.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable communication services across the organization.
