How you create impact
Deliver engaging training programs on Sea Logistics processes and systems, helping teams perform at their best.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize operational processes and standardize best practices.
Coordinate and manage the national training calendar, ensuring employees have access to the right learning opportunities.
Support teams with system administration, user management, and training platforms to enable operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing and improve the overall customer experience.
What we would like you to bring
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Sea Logistics or Freight Forwarding operations.
Experience delivering training, coaching teams, or leading knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Strong understanding of logistics processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
Advanced English communication skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
