As an Engineering Manager at iCIMS, you will lead the delivery of enterprise software solutions that transform how organizations attract, engage, and hire talent.
You will be responsible for both technical excellence and the growth of your team, supporting projects from discovery through implementation and operation. You will partner closely with Product Management, Design, Architecture, Security, and other Engineering teams to evaluate technical needs, develop solution proposals, and present them to the appropriate stakeholders for review and approval.
Your leadership will contribute directly to the evolution of iCIMS’ general talent acquisition platform, including automation, conversational experiences, and responsible AI capabilities.
