Job Description

Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring process coordination.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy.
Support training and development activities, including logistics coordination and attendance tracking.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR-related communications.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute fresh ideas to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and special projects.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across different teams.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Advanced or intermediate English skills (written and spoken).
Interest in Human Resources processes such as recruitment, employee engagement, training, and HR administration.
