What You’ll Do:
Manage a team of external IT technical resources to ensure reliability of all SAP-related Finance applications globally.
Take ownership for IT reliability in assigned areas globally.
Be a subject matter expert for SAP Record to Report
Lead timely issue identification, resolution & escalation when appropriate.
Foster an active relationship with the business & functional IT teams in related areas.
Assist with the enhancement process in assigned area, working with IT lead to ensure that all syste
