The Production Coordinator IV coordinates the daily production activities of a production team including job assignment and rotation to achieve production schedules and maintain quality standards.A Day In The Life

Scheduling and assigning jobs to the production team.
Keeping production team accountable to reach goals and maintain standards.
Performing routine checks on team to ensure compliance and to ensure team is staying on track.
Ensure quality assurance throughout the process.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Monitoring timekeeping and attendance.
Performing administrative duties as needed.
What will help you thrive in this role?

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience (required)
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
High regard for quality assurance
Strong understanding of industry market and conditions
Proficiency in related systems and software
