Procurement Analist
Job Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate and select potential suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and purchasing terms to obtain the best cost, quality and delivery terms.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
Create and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure proper receipt and verification of purchased products and services.
Manage returns and claims with suppliers when necessary.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate availability of products and materials.
Conduct periodic inventories and ensure accuracy of records.
Perform cost analysis and develop cost savings strategies.




Prepare periodic reports on purchasing status.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
.Knowledge of purchasing and inventory management systems.
- Proficient in computer tools and management software.
Advanced English.
