**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Utilize CRM tool to document and track all interactions with customers
- Support service level agreements (SLA) by providing insights into performance metrics
- Identify customers’ needs and be able to Troubleshoot product-related issues
- Validate warranty while adhering to company return policies




- Provide solutions for out of warranty products, including opportunities for upselling
- Coordinate with Logistics/Operations to ensure timey handling of RMA requests
- Offer constructive feedback to the Quality team regarding recurring issues
**Requirements and skills**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to various personality types
- Bilingual in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
