**Job description**:
Looking for a scheduler for a company on the caregivers industry, who is able to manage people, schedules, administrative tasks, and more.
**Responsabilities**:
*Scheduling new and existing clients *Communicating with clients and/or their authorized family members, caregivers, affiliated institutions such as Veterans Affairs (known as the VA) and PACE, and the admin team including RNs *Management of client care needs *“Cleaning shifts” for invoicing and payroll, including reading care notes and ensuring task lists are properly completed *Management of caregivers which may include teaching and reminding staff of policies and procedures, advising, disciplinary actions,



and submitting worker’s compensation forms *Documenting and updating the call log on all schedule changes and requests, recording pertinent conversations, approving/declining time off requests, changes to client status and care needs, changes to caregiver availability, incidents, evaluations, and interruptions of services (such as a hospital stay) *Caregiver evaluations and pay rate increases
**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:
- Experience as schedulers is a must
