**Customer Experience Specialist**

**About the Role**:
We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as **Customer Experience Specialists**. In this role, you’ll provide outstanding service by resolving customer inquiries, offering personalized product solutions, and retaining clients through exceptional support. With the tools and training provided, you’ll ensure every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Provide tailored solutions to address customer needs and concerns.
- Upsell and retain customers with a focus on delivering value.
- Follow established procedures and use tools to ensure customer satisfaction.
**What We Offer**:
- **Base Salary**: $2,496/month
- **Bonuses**: Earn up to $3,200/month with performance-based incentives.

**Shifts Available**:
- **7:00 AM - 4:00 PM** (Monday to Friday, weekends off)
- **9:00 AM - 6:00 PM** (Monday to Friday, weekends off)

- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required—training is provided.
- A proactive and adaptable approach in a dynamic work environment.
