**About the Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:
- Resolve account issues, process order modifications, and handle escalations.
- Deliver empathetic and professional support to enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize established procedures and tools to resolve issues efficiently.
**What We Offer**:
- **Training Period Compensation**:$3,000 wkly**:
- **Weekly Earnings**: 36 hrs-$3,032 or 47.5 hrs $4,000

**Shifts Available**:
We have multiple schedule options to fit various preferences. Here are the available shifts:
**Full-Time (47.5 hours/week)**:
- **7:00 AM - 4:30 PM** (Sunday and Monday off)
- **6:00 AM - 3:30 PM** (Friday and Saturday off)
**Part-Time (36 hours/week)**:
- **9:00 AM - 3:00 PM** (Sunday off)




- **8:00 AM - 2:00 PM** (Sunday off)
- **6:00 AM - 12:00 PM** (Sunday off)
- **7:00 AM - 1:00 PM** (Sunday off)
- **2:00 PM - 8:00 PM** (Sunday off)
- **2:00 PM - 8:00 PM** (Saturday off)
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A customer-focused attitude and a passion for solving problems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Prior customer support experience.

Pay: $3,032.00 - $4,000.00 per week
