**The Role**:
We are looking for a results-driven Transformation & Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. This new role focuses on implementing and maintaining operational processes, mapping workflows, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvements. You will enhance efficiency through structured methodologies and lead change management initiatives across the organization.
**What you will do**:
- Map, document, and optimize operational processes, analyzing metrics to drive improvements.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and enhance efficiency.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process changes and ensure successful implementation.
- Design and deliver training programs to foster a culture of continuous improv
- Maintain updated process documentation, ensuring all improvements are clearly recorded
- Partner with HR to implement initiatives focused on engagement, training, and performance.
**What are we looking for**:
- Experience in managing operational processes, preferably with at least 2 years in a continuous improvement or project management environment.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Black Belt, Green Belt, or Yellow Belt), as well as project management methodologies.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of operational data and convert that information into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various internal stakeholders and to develop effective training and communication materials.
- Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
