As an Associate Client Service Specialist you will provide quality customer support to our new and existing customer base at Infor Nexus within the Global Services organization.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
- Respond to customer queries by utilizing product knowledge and or resource tools to research, follow-up, ensure appropriate escalation if applicable and document resolution details.
- Assist customers with completing transactions on the Infor Nexus platform, while understanding their specific requirements
- Communicate with partners and various departments within our organization to ensure an integrated approach to managing our customers’ relationships.
- Administer customer training on various functions.
- Document support procedures and solutions for common issues
- Assist with training team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- Customer management skills.
- Verbal and written communication both in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supply chain management and/or logistics management experience.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with Freight Forwarders, Logistics Service Providers and Carriers.




- International Trade, Incoterms experience.
- EDI or technical mapping experience.
