The team
Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every
professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work with our business leaders to develop, implement and execute successful recruiting programs and effective reporting and analytics.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Research team, you will collaborate with stakeholders in the Sourcing /
Recruiting / Business groups to research, develop and deliver intelligence thereby enabling the
success of the company and our clients. You may work in any of our businesses involving Consulting.
The Researcher will deliver comprehensive research and on-demand intelligence for a variety of
market and functional specific requests in the Recruitment context. He/she will serve as expert on
direct sourcing strategies, tools, methodologies and practices.
