The MP&L; Engineer is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and developing a
team of associates within the material planning and logistics area, ensuring
compliance with Ford's quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role
combines the technical knowledge of an Industrial Engineer with leadership
skills, guiding the team in process execution, floor-level problem solving, and
continuous improvement implementation (Lean/FPS), acting as a liaison between
management and shop-floor personnel.
