Your ‘day to day’:
Identify, negotiate, develop and capitalize optimal LAMPs for smoke free products conversion strategies,



influencing current legal age nicotine consumers to responsably connect qith our brands in different occasions & environments
Recruit, train and lead a team of IQOS Coaches, specifically:
- Detect and propose potential IQOS Coaches during castings and field operations
- Provide effective training, guidance, and support to activations team members
- Ensure company’s strategy and guidelines are correctly understood and executed by all members of activations teams
- Motivate team members, provide regular and constructive quantitative/qualitative feedback and encourage them to increase the quality of their conversions, in the aim of providing the consumers with the best experience with IQOS & ZYN.
Identify opportunities to improve smoke free products experience, conveying a responsible and credible message driven by a consumer-oriented approach
