JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Deployment - Technical Subject Matter Expert, Digital + Technology
Transformation, Integral Technology, Caribbean & Latin America (CALA), is a key
member of the CALA Continent organization and the project team supporting The
Power of M. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Infrastructure
Readiness, Continent DTT. The role oversees planning and communication of
infrastructure needs for properties transitioning to, migrating to, or opening
with OCPMS (OPERA Cloud PMS).

This role will be fully integrated into the existing Digital + Technology
Transformation technology project plan and workgroup and will serve as a key
partner to all in-scope hotels to ensure infrastructure, network, and end-device
requirements are clearly understood, properly planned, and completed before
cutover or Go-Live. The role will work directly with hotel teams to assess
readiness, validate requirements, provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues
as needed, and serve as a subject-matter expert on opportunities related to
network connectivity, end-device readiness,



and technology deployment execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist hotel teams directly with network readiness efforts by communicating
requirements and offering clear, practical guidance to help them understand
requirements (for technical and non-technical audiences) and effectively prepare
their environments for deployment or transition to Power of M.

Proactively identify infrastructure risks and obstacles, including connectivity
issues, infrastructure failures, or vendor dependencies. Support troubleshooting
efforts and promote resolution by working with the appropriate teams and
stakeholders.

Periodically follow up with properties within scope to confirm their commitment
to project goals, track progress, manage action items, communicate effectively,
minimize risks, promote engagement, and share deadlines and timelines.
