Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
• Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle experienced recruiting for Deloitte's technology services at the Americas Delivery Mexico
• Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions and student-focused organizations.
• Event planning with Universities: Job fairs, employer branding positioning, ambassadors, discussion panels, etc.
• Being a potential Talent Seedbed in target universities for the firm.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
• Serve as a “Brand Ambassador” to expand our internal & external footprint to build the Distinctively Deloitte brand.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile people and measure chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role.
