Position Objective:
Working closely with each of the Workstream Leads, to assist in overseeing the holistic transformation agenda, driving multiple critical initiatives to success. This role pulls all the threads of the transformation together, ensuring financial health, collaborative cross functional ways of working and a focus on impact. This role is crucial in ensuring that transformation initiatives are executed effectively, on time, and within budget, while achieving the desired outcomes and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
•Define Scope and Objectives: Facilitate business case preparation with stakeholders.
•Develop Project Plans: Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
•Establish Governance:



Adhere to the Change Framework.
•Manage Delivery: Oversee project delivery to meet time, cost, and quality agreements.
•Resource Management: Ensure and monitor resource availability.
•Cost Management: Forecast and report project costs, explaining variances.
•Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive solutions to potential issues.
•Track Progress: Monitor milestones, outcomes, and benefits. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project progress and success.
•Manage Changes: Oversee changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
•Project Close: Facilitate a considered project close process.
•Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
•Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and best practices to enhance future project execution.
