About the Position:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join the Electronic Systems Plant team,



reporting directly to the Manufacturing Quality Supervisor.
This position is responsible for ensuring that electronic products and manufacturing processes meet internal, customer, automotive, and regulatory quality requirements. The role focuses on process quality control, defect prevention, problem solving, continuous improvement, and ensuring product conformity throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from new product introduction to mass production.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Quality Planning: Develop and maintain quality controls for electronic manufacturing processes, including SMT, assembly, soldering, coating, testing, inspection, and final validation. Support Control Plans, PFMEA, work instructions, inspection criteria, and process validation activities.
Process Quality Assurance: Monitor production performance and ensure compliance with defined quality standards, customer requirements, and automotive electronics specificati
