We're looking for someone who is investigative, empathetic, and has great communication skills and understands small to medium-sized businesses and the functions within them.
Responsibilities:
Become an expert on all of the features and functions within Odoo's software applications
Provide expertise to clients seeking to use Odoo applications effectively
Create solutions and effectively communicate (written, verbal) with customers through our ticketing system, live chat and phone calls
Maximize customer satisfaction through a timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries/issues
Gather feedback:
our product team loves to crank out features that our users are asking for
Boost Customer Satisfaction and productivity.
Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree
Passion for software products
Bilingual proficiency
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both written and orally
Ability to learn
Critical learning and social setting.
Nice to Have:
Business experience at an ERP
Experience/knowledge with tickets-support
Sociable and outgoing
French (B2)
Portuguese (B2)

?Salary: Starting at $22,000 MXN (gross)
? Monday to Friday schedule with adaptable hours.
? Home Office: 2 days per week (after the training period).
