How you create impact

Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Expand the customer portfolio through proactive prospecting activities and collaboration with the sales team.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing consultative support throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process.
Lead complex insurance proposals and negotiations, ensuring solutions are aligned with customer needs and business objectives.




Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of insurance solutions.
Monitor and maintain high-quality sales pipeline data, CRM accuracy, and performance metrics.
Partner closely with Pricing and Operations teams to ensure service excellence and operational alignment.
Support the development of the sales team through coaching, knowledge sharing, and regular performance discussions.
Contribute to the execution of commercial strategies that drive sustainable business growth.

What we would like you to bring

2+ years of experience in insurance sales.
Experience and knowledge of Credit Insurance and Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance.
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Experience working with logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding clients is a plus.
