PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The specialist will support the delivery of multiple engineering projects,
ensuring high-quality software releases and alignment with strategic objectives.
The role combines project management and Scrum Master responsibilities,
including facilitating Agile practices, supporting Scrum events, coordinating
cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Own and drive the successful delivery of engineering projects, ensuring that
timelines, scope, and quality standards are met;
* Establish delivery roadmaps in collaboration with technical leads and
stakeholders;




* Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure the smooth delivery of
software releases;
* Facilitate Scrum and Agile practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint
planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions;
* Gather requirements from stakeholders for cross-team implementation efforts;
* Coordinate the scheduling and approval of software releases with
stakeholders;
* Assist in the creation and refinement of user stories across various
initiatives;
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and
documentation to ensure transparency and effective communication with all
stakeholders;
* Coordinate development work across multiple team roles, including
engineering, QA, analytics, and other cross-functional teams;
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and
implementing best practices to enhance team performance and project outcomes;
