About The Role

As our Customer Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy, driving sell-in and sell-out performance, and fostering impactful relationships across direct accounts, distributors,



and medical professionals nationwide

Reporting directly to our General Manager in France, you will lead a talented sales team while combining strong financial acumen, digital savvy, and relationship-building skills. Main Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team (including a Key Account Manager, Sales Executives, and a City Area Manager), fostering an inclusive culture focused on growth and collaboration.
Commercial & P&L; Management: Drive total P&L; performance, set clear sales KPIs, and build strategic commercial plans to achieve sell-in and sell-out targets across direct clients and distributors.
