Your Path to a High-Impact Healthcare Career

As an Epic Tapestry Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Epic Tapestry applications that enable critical health plan and managed care operations. You will collaborate with operational stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements,



improve workflows, and ensure the platform effectively supports managed care processes across areas such as claims, benefits, enrollment, provider data, medical management, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
This role is well suited for professionals with experience in managed care operations, payer systems, or Epic Tapestry who enjoy solving complex business problems and driving continuous operational improvement.

What You’ll Do
Application & End-User Support
· Provide high-quality support to end users and stakeholders utilizing Epic
· Troubleshoot application issues and resolve incidents in a timely manner
· Meet or exceed service-level agreements (SLAs)
· Ensure all tickets and documentation comply with company standards
Epic Application Configuration & Maintenance
· Design, build, test, and maintain Epic functionality
