About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Engineer to own our full-funnel demand engine and turn the traffic and buying signals we already generate into qualified demos and pipeline.
You’ll sit at the intersection of performance marketing, marketing operations, conversion optimization, and analytics, building and running the systems that move a prospect from first touch to booked meeting. This is a builder’s role: you’ll spend your days in the ad platforms, the CRM, the analytics tools, and the page builder, shipping changes and measuring their impact on qualified-demo volume and pipeline.





What You'll Do

Paid acquisition: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads — Performance Max and Search, LinkedIn), architecting campaign structure, audience targeting, and conversion-event mapping so spend optimizes toward booked demos and pipeline rather than clicks, with clean, server-imported conversion tracking (enhanced/offline conversions from the CRM).
Conversion rate optimization: Build and A/B test dedicated demo landing pages, landing pages, forms, and CTAs that turn visitors into meetings, including persona-aware routing (buyer vs. candidate vs. partner) across the site, and own the on-site demo path.
Marketing operations & RevOps: Own the full lead lifecycle and the automation behind it — CRM workflows, lifecycle-stage instrumentation, lead scoring and routing, and the visitor-signal-to-outbound engine across HubSpot, Amplemarket, RB2B, Duo, and Zapier. Build and scale the loop t
