- 5+ years in roles related to inventory management, preferably in logistics or 3PL companies.
- Experience leading operational teams in warehouses or distribution centers.
- Sector: Familiarity with multiple sectors (retail, mass consumption, pharmaceutical, automotive, etc.), since 3PLs usually handle different types of clients and merchandise.
**Academic Training**:
- Related careers: Industrial engineering, logistics, business administration, international trade or related careers.
- Specific knowledge: Supply chain management, logistics, inventory management, cost control and operations
