**MAINFRAME T**ECHNICAL EXPERT**
**Job in a Nutshell**:
In this role, you will be responsible for the effective installation, maintenance, and administration of Mainframe CICS software or operating system software. You will work closely with management, team members, and clients to enhance service quality while ensuring compliance with company regulations and security standards.
**What Will You Be Doing**:
- Install, update, and administer Mainframe CICS software or operating system software to maintain optimal performance.
- Perform changes and configurations within established company regulations and security standards.
- Assist with testing, implementation, and installation of new or upgraded systems and products.
- Regularly attend meetings and collaborate with management, team members,



and clients to drive continuous service improvements.
- Participate in an On-Call rotation schedule to provide timely support as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in Mainframe system administration.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and security standards related to system changes.
- Problem-solving skills and experience in testing and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to participate in an On-Call rotation schedule.
