**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
Responsible for managing the process for the delivery of finished and semi-finished product, coordinating the shift personnel in charge supporting the start-up, restart of injection machines, assembly and disassembly of molds, autonomous maintenance of the process, molds, machines and other functions related to your position.
Directly responsible for process stability
Manage daily and specific personnel activities under your charge
Evaluates the performance of the personnel under their charge and generates action plans, as well as training.
Participates in the test requests issued by the engineering area,



coordinating the activities necessary to carry out the first production runs of the new molds.
Carries out the required tests of new plastics, with a Scientific Molding system
Ensures that the first emissions of the process parameters (Set-ups), as well as the revisions of the same already established previously are properly recorded, elaborate the corresponding formats.
Guarantee the process parameters of the injection machines, reviewing with the previously established data, in order to detect failures and/or modifications in the processes.
**Qualifications**
Plastic Injection Process, Analysis & Troubleshooting, Plastic Injection Molds, Resin Skills, Intermediate/Advanced English
4 to 5 years in the area of plastic injection as a process engineer in packaging, automotive companies
Industrial, manufacturing or related engineering
