RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and make sure that each entity is clean in the main accounts on a monthly basis the reviewing WIP, Deferred Revenue and Unbilled. Align any dispute or final decision with the MU core finance Project Accounting supervisor and/or Regional Finance Controller. When it is required escalate any issue with the Finance VP of Latam.
- Support the implementation in all countries of the revenue recognition rules (like check list for revenue recognition) and any other tool that can be implemented in the region to support our revenue recognition approach. Make sure such document is filled and analyzed as per the rules established and for all the transactions that we require to have analyzed.
- Support the business decision in terms of Revenue recognition to be applied.
- Follow up and support local MU finance core in Projects closing status.




- Support the Projects managers team (and any are that requires connection with the Cost accounting procedures in the region) in the P&L; follow up and analysis.
- Support the area team in the analysis and standardization in all inventories related items including but not exclusive Job Description of WIP policies, templates, rules; Support the team as required in Cost roll up, Annual inventory, Cost Accounting reports, Purchase price variances and other required by the team to align our internal and external customers across the region.
- Support the finance controller in the alignment of rules and reporting in all countries.
- Manage and make sure the Balance sheet reconciliations are up to date and comply with company rules Make sure all transactions and support are based on the use of the company ERP (Today Oracle)
