Position Summary:
As a Project Manager within Strategic Operations based in Mexico, this role will lead cross-functional projects that improve manufacturing performance, support new model and product introductions, strengthen operational readiness, and deliver business improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer service. The Project Manager will translate Strategic Operations priorities into actionable project plans, coordinate resources across local and enterprise functions, manage project risks and financial commitments, and provide clear status updates and recommendations to Strategic Operations and business leadership. The role is expected to partner closely with operations, manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain, finance,



product teams, and external suppliers to ensure project execution is aligned with Polaris objectives and Mexico manufacturing needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to lead projects or programs with globally located and cross-functional teams; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Decisive, action-oriented, self-motivated, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated competence in manufacturing process optimization, operational problem solving, and continuous improvement.
Ability to coordinate and manage teams across functions and geographies without direct reporting relationships.
Ability to handle several assignments at one time and work effectively in a matrix organization.
