Job Overview
The Production Coordinator II performs clerical duties to support the production department. This role is responsible for upkeep of departmental data, organization of records, and files documentation. The Production Coordinator II may review requisitions, give estimates of shipment, prepare schedules, and/or follows entire production cycle from start to finish.A Day In The Life

Maintaining the department’s data by organizing records and filing documents.
Reviewing requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
Providing shipping estimates and pertinent information for regular updates.
Preparing and communicating schedules to team members.
Ensuring the production cycle has no obstacles from start to finish.

1-3 years of relevant experience (required)
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of industry market and conditions
Proficiency in relevant systems and software
