The Manager, Human Resources Planning & Support will report directly to the Sr.
Director, Human Resources. This manager’s primary role will be to execute and
enhance the Human Resources communications and project management strategy
across the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region. The responsibilities
include planning and executing internal communications, maintaining a
communications calendar, developing executive-level presentations for HR
Executives, managing and supporting key initiatives, and more. Additionally,
he/she will provide logistics support in key HR meetings and will be responsible
for providing project management support to discipline initiatives.
BUSINESS CONTEXT: EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
Internal Communications
* Execute existing communications strategy to continue to raise profile of HR
function and drive awareness of key HR priorities and accomplishments.
* Plan, create and manage content for a variety of internal communications as
requested.
* Maintain calendar of planned and historical content and communications,
ensuring content submitted by several stakeholders is captured on a weekly
basis.
* Compile and maintain stakeholder and audience distribution lists.
* Compile and organize region-wide HR best practices and achievements into a
comprehensive reference resource.
* Establish methods to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, set
targets, track results, and improve programs. Manage data collection efforts;
assess data and collect feedback to inform strategy development; track
performance and recommend solutions to continuously improve communications
performance.
* Autonomously develop graphically engaging, concise and interactive visual
presentations for the discipline. Must be able to organize information
effectively, and convey data through graphic elements such as charts, graphs,
maps, tables and text.
* End-to-end management and execution of regularly scheduled webinars through
Microsoft Teams, i.e
