Position Summary
IGT is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Controller – Latin America to lead the accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and controllership activities across the Company’s Latin America operations.



This role will serve as a key finance leader supporting regional business operations while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, local statutory requirements, internal controls, and Company accounting policies.
The Regional Controller will partner closely with regional business leaders, corporate finance, tax, treasury, legal, and external auditors to support operational execution, financial integrity, and process optimization across multiple jurisdictions within Latin America. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, operational leadership, and the ability to manage complex multinational environments in a highly regulated industry.Responsibilities

Lead all regional controllership activities across Latin America, including general accounting, month-end close, statutory reporting, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP, Company policies
