Minimum Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business
Administration, or related engineering/quantitative field.
* Experience:
* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting,
FP&A;, or corporate finance (preferably within manufacturing or automotive
industries).
* Solid knowledge of cost accounting concepts (Cost per Unit, variance
analysis, labor/overhead absorption, inventory, and scrap control).
* Hands-on experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and budget
preparation.
* Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance frameworks, and audit
readiness.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables,
complex formulas, data analysis).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact
with cross-functional plant teams.
* Language: Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
for regional and integral reporting.
