Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Reporting to the Industrial Industrial Engineering Manager the Industrial Engineer role is responsible for increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently.
What a typical day looks like:
Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance activities to ensure the manufacturing plant remains in safe, efficient, and optimal operating conditions, including building infrastructure, production areas, common spaces, and utilities.
Monitor facility conditions and drive corrective actions related to building upkeep, including painting, flooring repairs, glass replacement, lighting, signage, and general infrastructure improvements, ensuring a clean, professional, and well-maintained environment at all times.
Provides process time estimation to the quote team.
