Your scientific expertise will directly shape how AI reasons through complex topics like protein folding, metabolic flux, enzyme kinetics, and molecular genetics — making a real impact on the future of AI in life sciences.
This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role. No prior AI experience is required — just deep biochemistry knowledge and a sharp analytical mind.
Design Challenging Problems — Create advanced biochemistry problems across domains like nucleic acid chemistry, proteomics, structural biology, and drug-target interactions to rigorously test AI performance
Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write precise, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for high-level scientific reasoning in AI systems
Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated biochemical pathways,
molecular structures, and mathematical proofs for technical accuracy and adherence to scientific standards
Refine AI Reasoning — Identify logical errors — such as incorrect stoichiometry, flawed stereochemistry, or misapplied enzyme kinetics — and provide structured feedback to improve how AI models think through life science problems
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Advanced Degree: PhD completed or in final stages in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field
Domain Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge in one or more areas — structural biology, enzymology, cellular metabolism, bioinformatics, or molecular genetics
Clear Communicator: Able to translate highly technical biological and chemical concepts into precise, well-structured written explanations
Detail-Oriented: High level of precision when reviewing complex chemical equations, molecular diagr
