* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management
consulting, or investment banking.
* Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all
levels of management.
* Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
* Experience in sales in a technology, advertising, media sales or internet
environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or
investment banking.
* Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing
advertising or media campaigns.
* Experience managing commercial agreements, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), or
incentive-based partnership models with executives or C-level stakeholders.
* Track record of orchestrating complex portfolio turnarounds, navigating
market ambiguity, and translating quantitative data signals into actionable
growth pipelines.
* Ability to act as an autonomous business owner, moving seamlessly from
tactical troubleshooting to designing data driven strategies, and scalable,
repeatable frameworks that drive enterprise-level cultural and operational
changes.

media agencies.
As a Strategic Agency Manager, you will leverage the executive influencing
skills to partner with traditional media agencies and increase the value that
Google media brings to their agency business and their customers' businesses in
order to drive business growth and product adoption for Google. Agency managers
prioritize stakeholder relationships and collaborate with a portfolio of
agencies to discover, develop and execute business growth strategies.
