We are seeking a Product Owner to drive the definition, delivery, and success of our product portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions at speed.

Responsibilities

Research and write detailed technical requirements
Participate actively in product planning and roadmap definition




Work proactively with internal and external customers to acquire a deep understanding of their requirements and business needs
Determine technical feasibility, dependencies, and constraints of features with support from neighboring technology teams as needed
Define product performance and effectiveness metrics that measure and benchmark product success
Develop and articulate a defensible point of view based on data from primary and secondary research, including direct customer engagement
Deliver requirements in partnership with SaaS Ops, Security, Architecture, and various engineering teams, with an iterative, pragmatic approach to delivery
Incorporate effective written and visual techniques into product requirements, such as sequence diagrams and payload mockups
Create data flows and functional and technical specifications as needed
Manage the delivery of products, including PoC, internal Beta, external Beta, Public Launch, and ongoing releases
Resolve technical blocking issues and coordinate sol
