- Sr Environmental Health And Safety Engineer Ability to provide support in the implementation of a management system in health, safety, and environment, which ensures compliance with the standards in health, safety, and environment of legal (regulatory) compliance at the same time improve the culture of the company, collaborate, and participate as a valuable member of the safety and environmental control equipment to provide guidance, support and coordinate activities and processes throughout the plant_

Day to day activities:_**
- _Provide support with expertise in the development stages of the processes of manufacturing in their concept and design phases to ensure that the control methodologies have been integrated into the design._
- _Ensure the development of the risk analysis of processes._
- _Actively adopt the safety policy, cardinal rules and specific to the site._
- _Show high level of personal fulfillment of policies and regulations relating to implements processes of environmental management including management of chemical substances, wastes, permits and pollution prevention activities._
- _Coordinates and carries out training activities in employees._
- _Comply in time and form the assigned projects. Identify areas of opportunity in the reduction of the degree of risk of the company._
- _Give the necessary support to make the development of integration element as regards the visual management, 5's, standard work, Kaizen, RPS,



and TPM for a successful integration._
- _Judgment and greater capacity for decision, with strategic and tactical experience._
- _Strong ability to communicate effectively, both written as verbal. Support the changes in the organization supporting the follow-up results, promoting the improvements obtained._
- _Use the tools six sigma and strategies based on the safer behaviors to guide efforts in prevention of incidents_
Experiência y requisitos
**_ YOU MUST HAVE_**
- _Bachelor’s degree: Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or similar._
- _4+ years of Health, Safety, and Environmental experience in an industrial, manufacturing._
- _Able to communicate in English_
