**YOUR ROLE**
- Lead the migration to Amazon Messaging Queue (AMQ), ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Oversee the decommissioning of AWS EC2 instances, optimizing our cloud footprint.
- Resize and consolidate clusters to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Implement capacity enhancements to support growing business needs.
- Serve as a daytime on-call engineer (9 AM - 6 PM local time), managing incoming tickets and coordinating handoffs across time zones.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer requests via Slack.
- Manage Jira tickets related to RabbitMQ and Kafka infrastructure.
- Provision new servers and brokers, ensuring scalability and stability.
- Decommission outdated servers and clusters as needed.Maintain and improve internal documentation, writing wiki articles and best practices for the team.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- **4+ year of experience as a Software Developer**or similar roles.
- Strong experience with **AWS Terraform - mandatory**.
- **Expertise in RabbitMQ**and familiarity with **Kafka/Confluent**(preferred).
- Hands-on experience with **AWS cloud services and messaging architectures.**:
- Proven ability to optimize infrastructure for cost savings and performance.




- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond quickly to system incidents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to liaise with engineers and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Ability to document processes, best practices, and system changes effectively.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to system improvements.
- **Advanced English.
